M&A activity is harder due to concentration of registry I would have thought.

The problem isn't the sanity in buying the Linear business, it provides the most revenue and FUA still. The executive and board of then managed accounts, missed a good opportunity to manage the integration. Ultimately its the inability of the board and executive of XPL to manage the cost base and to actually execute something.
