The good part and the most important part that you forgot to mention and include in your post is the fact that the Co's financial forecast still has enough funds to last them for the next twelve months....so imo it seems logical to assume that Boom 2 sales must be on the increase....

Also IMO, this additional time of12 months as a Co ongoing concern period still gives the Co imo signifcant & sufficient time to increase Boom2 sales as well as gives the Co further opportunity to acquire etc etc other financial avenues...maybe more FP's will sign up .... just maybe the CBA may come back to the negotiating table.... AMP may
re-consider their financial planning business options

So in a nut shell.....the report is basically what I expected, But with the twist that the Co still has some life still left in it to possibly turn things around in due course.
