Essentially, imo you are giving away tens of millions of dollars in research, product development and pilot schemes ( also the "VPN" product for those that have forgotten that past history ) etc etc etc .... maybe the new Co can try and sell " Boom 2" "Lily" and " Klip" VPN at a realistic /negotiated market price .... that way the new Co will have some revenue come in from past to top up the kitty .....imo, if that doesn't happen then all I can imagine is that we are going down the same old track with a new management team that may not be commercially and technically savy enough to run a ASX listed Co.
