Anything is possible, but I doubt it is entirely false. Looks like a lot, but we're only talking $150,000 in all. Might be big for we poor mugs, but it's chicken feed for many investors. Also how much you pay is one thing, but so is when you pay. You would expect the smart guys (& I'm not saying anyone here isn't smart) aren't going park their shekels (pun) in a stock any longer than necessary. So once they think things are going to happen (as IMT pointed out this is the 1/4) you would expect to start seeing some solid buys coming through. But today $21K so far is pretty poor, except that the sellers aren't being sucked in anymore to cut their asking process.
Just my opinion.
