if inflation does come in very high, more rate rises will
happen but remember a large portion of our loans are hedged now and 50% of portfolio is linked to cpi …
so income won’t be affected as much….
if inflation is lower than expected then less rate rise, we still have 50% fixed rises… so income will also go up
