Only two points of note I picked up in the annual report:

1. they now say they expect the TGA to make a decision by the end of the 2022 calendar year whereas previously they were saying the decision was expected within 3 - 6 months from when the application was lodged in mid-May. I did note they said at one point that that the decision would be an approval which suggests it's when not if.
2. They held 17 board meetings in the 12 month period, which suggests that Rhythm has a very active board and that Otto is no scomo.

They also seemed to suggest that the selection process for partners will not result in any splashy announcements any time soon - the spin is that it is better to hang out for deals with serious players even if that takes longer to sign deals and to start getting orders. But they did not go as far as to walk away from a market entry by the end of this calendar year so maybe that is still possible.
