peak, have you given any thought to the timing of this company change from a "NL" based company and the resignation of the MD?
So for the majority of its existence, Lithium Australia has been registered as an "NL" company. That is "No Liability".
So on the 28th April, the company announced to the ASX they were changing from an NL company
Then on 31st May 2022, the MD resigned
Coincidence? I don't think so
