    What's the alternative? Pay him less, pi** him off, and de-motivate him? ANP appears to be beginning to kick goals with potentially billions at stake long term. I'm unconcerned about an additional c$100,000 p.a. above market. Particularly if the milestones are successfully met. My eyes are firmly on the end game
