Alternative is less money or different CEO. I am focused on the end game as well but I think its a disservice to shareholders to expect this kind of salary package. Really, how is he incentivised to invigorate the company, devise strategy, bring in partners partners etc when he's on half a million dollars to continue existing performance. These earnings are reflective of shareholders paying the CEO for missed deadlines, poor comms and a number of other pitfalls. That's why I'm sharing my displeasure.
