The question is do insto s accumulate at discounted prices or expensive prices. wgx is is an illiquid stock so to get there set volumes it pretty much needs to be strangled to death. Look at the course of sales and there is never much retail there.
Still looking to top up but still to early, looking for directors buying in, share buy backs, or acquisitions .
