The company doesn't supply more details since they dont need to. They have told everyone its for Myhree / Boundary deposits. That is private information between them and the mills. I assume they maybe in negotiations and its not yet settled. They will let us know when they have concluded what ever option/ contract they end up concluding. If any. You dont make statements you are yet to conclude just in case there are delays or its doesn't happen. Its only done when its done.
They may not have a start date as yet, since each mill needs to find space for the ore based on their own production needs. It sounds like they are dealing with several options and therefore they haven't yet decided on the best one or had the deals ratified by the mills. Management is telling us exactly what they can.
