    it will get real confusing if RAN moves all of the plant and sells off parts before the tax appeal case of 'where are the assets' is settled.

    I'm sure they will be fine, when have the expensive Consultant tax experts ever been wrong. And they will be being paid in share options....

    Atleast RAN never has a dull moment or boring disclosures!
