THere's an interesting number included in Note 4. Tax and capital losses are now topping $8M. That could potentially have some relevance to where NOR ends up down the track.
It's also worth noting that Tarrant's $300K (plus interest @ 9.75%) falls due to a little over 3 months which is going to cause some difficulties if they try to pay him back with script. He has indicated he will exercise his 2.4 options subject to the creep rules but only of others do too, which means a repayment of the loan in shares is going to be challenging.
