There are no announced details of "partnership" so we have no idea what % split in technology , IP actually is especially when we were pretty sure NUH was in avery weak position. The announcement of per chip style payments may be teh full limit and RT hold larger % or whole IP for the "joint" developments . Will probably never know and frankly if it was a massive positive and uplifting for NUH we would / should have seen it announced or it will in next round assumably.

The algos for hearing frequencies , ANC, focus and environment may be an option for specific new devices outside of OTC and in conjunction witha phone app to personolise for room and environment.

Yiu will possibly be aware one of the other genuine partners with Realtek is Poly which are now under HP umbrella and I am sure you will understand that link in regards to headsets and conferencing etc. With AI processing , better algos ,active noise cancellation , lower power for portables it is all headed to new chipsets for increased quality and performance where there is margin in quality commercial products used throughout business and for example call centres and now call centres work from home. There is possibility for diction control and accent to be modified live in the future . It may well have been higher end a company like poly who wanted something NUH has and decided to introduce to chip supplier realtek knowing getting / dealing with small companies with external contract engineering to intergrate is near impossible an tehy would be looking at future devices with extra environmental microphones and hardware to have premium poroducts .

Using aspirational numbers only from NUH and not knowing lead times of industry and the unknown of what products and eventual take up is a hard way to invest as timing will be way out even if the general investment idea is OK. Timing when a company has no cash is critical especially when heading down retail path in a unusual USA ecconomic environment along with new sector no one knows value points of. I think they will want to be funded for when tehy encounter issues - tehre is always issues with single produsts and new markets and you need cash to survive em. If you wanted further investement in a minor "partner" you would hardly consu,mate full ageements as you price your next tranche higher so easier to leave it alone and be lender of 2nd last resort. If ano consulting income ( unless netted / offset) against chip intergration costs is not rec in quarter then I would assume that several predictions of products by external parties are further away.

Just some thoughst we all have differnet knowledge and investment styles. and small cap tech is a volatile spot. especially when interest rates are staying high for now.
