Who wants to top up but is waiting. Here is something to consider.
Lets assume a headline announcement - EPA approvals - pumps Go! appears between now and Christmas.
There are 48 business days between now and Christmas eve - I think there are some half open days after that for the ASX but for now lets ignore those.
That means tomorrow there is a 2.08% chance of that announcement - all being equal. Thats each day, and the percentage slowly gets larger. IF you wait till 15 November, its 3.02% per day, or if you wait till 1 December its 5% per day (role a 20 sided dice each day). If you wait till 15 December its 10% chance per day all else being equal.
