I read that the 6 days ago the minister has provided approvals to the amendments listed in the EPA report with the same conditions outlined in the EPA report dated June 8th.
Happy to be corrected but this seems to indicate they are full steam ahead with no fresh conditions or objections. References to EPA should now be moot.
