complete waste of time to communicate with any company - they just tell you what they want you to know and have bullshit answers to everything.

One exception is if you have really big numbers of shareholder votes on your side - then they sit up and listen because they have to, their jobs are on the line.

problem is getting the numbers. I often wonder what major shareholders think when the sp of any company deteriorates like LOM - they just appear to sit on their hands and do nothing. If it was me, I'd be going around the boardroom with a long rope and looking for a convenient lampost....
