AGM is looming and I’m sure Nick would like nothing more than to have this MIC fiasco signed, sealed and delivered prior to the AGM towards the end of this month.
Not sure what these new non-exec directors will bring to the table but I can only hope that they can help to steer the company in the right direction.
I have no doubt that, under SW’s reign, the new non-execs would have made zip difference, but I think that could change for the better under Nick’s leadership….at least I hope so!
