9 cents and falling. Well, one can only surmise that there must be a lot of 'dumb' people who 'don't understand how this company works'.

It would seem that between the dividends from sales paid to the African partners, non/slow 'repatriation' of funds owed, the burden of operating costs/wages/bonuses and the share price plunging it's only the Australian shareholders that are carrying the bag for it all and getting nothing in return.

So tell us again how it's not that but some secret knowledge about how diamond miners operate that no one else knows......
