only on HC people will blame the poor SP performance on those who discuss possible poor management and BoDs strategies and performances and call for improvement.
here is novel idea for some - could poor SP performance be due to poor management and BoDs performance??
Only after "...by the criticism by some posters on Hotcopper." the MD decided to actually pick up his performance and provided some clarity.
and yes - when the SP is below 40c, I will be calling for changes even more - at least at board level.
