I am prepared to give them 12 months on their foray into regional WA (with the JV and their seemingly off-piste new venture).
They have shown that they have generated good returns outside of office (IKEA, and the IDOM dealerships). I think that this regional play will do the same. Office is so toxic at the moment, that some level of divsersification makes sense. Though I would suggest that Centuria might have overstretched on the diversification front.... into everything.
I am prepared to give them 12 months on their foray into...
