Syndication of Westralia will raise plenty of money. Hope they get started on this soon. Not sure who asked this but yes, it includes WS2 I believe. So potentially they are waiting for 80+% occupancy in this new build before going to investors.
GDI have done an OK job on leasing in the Perth market in past 12 months. I can keep ignoring the share price for now, and stick it in the bottom draw..
