remember the ex CEO disappeared out the door very fast, no notice given, and then subsequently dumped his 5% shares.
He had been with the company for 10yr.
I am very suspicious.
Too many other opportunities in other REITS with most on sale vs NTA.
I am not touching GDI. just my opinion
