Just hope it's not the same old spiel, in general, management like the accolades when results go their way but seem to be unaccountable when the m/c is in the gutter.
Can you ask them where the s/review went and what actions they might take in regard to the review, you never know it might be a "game changer" now where have i heard that before, lol.
