I've come across another article with yet another AIZ manager selling shares but at a low of $1.80 though they were free options likely as part of his package but what does this show about the culture within management ranks over there? We had the CFO & CEO both selling earlier this year when the sp was around $3.

They are sending signals to the market & I'm not sure why they're able to keep doing it unless the major shareholder - NZ government is not concerned about the sp rather that AIZ keeps paying dividends..

Its been happening for ages now & one thing doers strike me is that with a lower sp don't all the fat cats get new options based on the sp so the lower it goes the better for them on the rebound?
