CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REVIEW COMPLETED Steinepreis Paganin undertook a review of the Company’s Corporate Governance policies which have been adopted by the Board. Steinepreis Paganin also conducted an extensive training and assessment program on ASX disclosure and listing rule compliance processes for Padbury’s officers and staff.


Well this makes it all better what a disgrace of a company this is all just my opinion
