The question remains why muck things up for ANO shareholders if the CEO of Astivita is the inventor and AIR is the one cornering the market for supplies to produce this stuff. If Joseph and Dalia came up with the idea without ANO's help, ANO doesn't need to be on the patent, just provide the powder for whatever AIR wants to do on their own and ANO stock would not be halted. If Joseph and Dalia relied heavily on information provided by ANO, then that information should be available to other researchers and companies as well. Otherwise ANO is giving AIR a sweetheart deal that forgoes the potential for higher sales from an open model and carries higher customer concentration and execution risk. AIR has basically no track record that would warrant such an exclusive arrangement, just the obvious benefit of sharing the same board and being mostly owned by Lev and Joseph.
