I agree - I would not want to be responsible for writing some of the sections of that letter - high noon coming up!!! IMO nothing should have been said until the ASX decided to release their announcement together with ANO's answer to the queries - no matter who thinks what - they have the power until a higher authority says or decrees otherwise - Holy moly indeed.
