I can only assume it's a positive. It sounds as though the brand owner made a killing off the party who paid $40m without undertaking sufficient due diligence.
I think ANO highlighted this deal in the presentation to give a hint of the value of the active ingredient ANO developed and owns outright...
And to put $40m in perspective, even after the recent share price gains ANO's market capitalisation is just $43m.
I can only assume it's a positive. It sounds as though the brand...
