My understanding is the raw input material is around $4 per kilo. The increase in capacity doesn’t require much or any additional labour as effectively they are either running additional machines on the same shift or improving output per machine. (They told a story at the EGM about switching from round to square base cooking plates in their square ovens which yielded about 50% increase in output from that alone).

There would be minor variable cost increases to electricity and gas etc but I’d imagine that the costs per additional kg produced wouldn’t be too far off the basic input costs.
