If we are going to split hairs over management's choice of words, they actually stated that it is their intention to "lift production" to 31T in May and 40T by late 2019. To me that doesn't mean increasing idle capacity.
Operating margins exceeded 29% in H1 and all available data and common sense suggests that operating margins will continue to grow with increased production.
