This means that the February 15, 2024 could be the date that the FDA enforces their earlier position that all ‘chemical’ UV filters and the finished sunscreen products that contain them be removed from the US market. However, it’s important to note that this is not the first proposed deadline, it’s been proposed and delayed several times in the past few years. "
