I simply mean that there was quite a bit of noise when MS were appointed as advisors. At the time there was speculation that Talga was potentially looking to list on the NYSE and use Morgan Stanley to build their books. It just seems that the announcement today , masked a quiet exit for MS. That's just my interpretation - I'm not sure if it's correct but I don't think I'm nit picking either.
