Just a clarificaiton. Shane and Hronsky had shares issued to them when company was unlisted as did seed capital investors. The Escrow period for shane and hronsky is (24 months) from the day of company listing on the ASX which was 9/11/21 and not the day he obtained the shares. Basically put there is 21M shares that these two hold in escrow for 24 months from 9/11/21 until 9/11/23 that can't be traded and will be DUNAG as per list below..38M free float and remainder either options for new shares or in escrow with Shane and Hronsky holding 99% of these...
