Its a bizarre enigma in the investor psyche with small cap stocks. People are so short sighted . If this was announced by a medium cap 200 to 400 mill stock it would be seen for what it is . More positive news in potential angles of growth . But with very very small cap stocks if every announcement isn’t the mother find company maker - it spooks the bajeebers out of people haha and they auto dump the whole company strategy out of there head . Bizarre
