I am not as surprised as yourself ... what is happening is what I expected and was posting saying a while back on the LOMOB threads (notwithstanding the fact that some did not understand or want to understand). Now that it is happening, it may make it a little easier (with hindsight) to understand.
Based on recent, foreseeable and expected future announcements, there is very little chance that LOM shares will drop below $0.30 ... and hence the LOMOB being exercised is beyond (great confidence) ... it is almost guaranteed.
In the current environment, great confidence would be the case if the exercise price of the LOMOB was $0.50 as opposed to $0.30 cents.
