Sadly I don't think it is cappers for two reasons - they aren't getting any stock at lower prices and hence risking losing a lot at 1.5c and secondly with now over 100mil having been sold at 1.5c no entity had such fire power......I think it is stale holders heading to the hills and pip traders who got in at 1.4c.
