There is certainly a shift on attitude given the apparent negative sentiment to the WA heritage laws. We are seeing changing attitudes and with McGowan gone, Labor looks a little more vulnerable. The virtuous values most labor governments are looking to impose at a very real cost to every taxpayer from failing to deal with energy transition properly, managing environmental concerns and progressing much needed new critical minerals paths to deal with decarbonisation is having an impact. It seems that people are realising that the economy does matter. So a change in WA politics would be of immediate benefit to the U policy. U must be part of the energy transition.
