My reading says EPA is not a problem. And they even seem OK with the water pipe. BUT!!!!!! where is permission to collect the water into the pipe and transport it to the plant.
I am wary all goldies are well up today... but not RRL. That is a worry. But to make you all feel better... here is the latest 'downgrade' to a price WAY higher than we are.
