    I like the story and IMO Chris Cairns is a great operator however investors will need to be patient re the mine development - as Chris mentions in the above Smaxxcaps interview, permitting is expected to take up to 4 years. Evidently Victoria is not as developed/mature in terms of the mine permitting as WA, a situation caused partly by the higher population density in regional Vic vrs regional WA.
