    The press release itself said nothing. Just seemed to flag that the quiet period has ended.

    No director notices as yet after the recent buying.

    I see the buying as completely stopped and the bids have been pulled so we have a trend reversal or just sink back to the lows.

    Be nice if Phase III w0uld start and trigger a milestone payment, but the timing in this is a complete unknown.
