You don't have to worry about this being sold at a discounted price, it will never happen.
Our insto shareholders would never want it, we don't want it, the Board don't want it, we have good funding and future funding won't be a problem with the results we have had and our IP and our sponsorship and grant availability.
There is more chance of us going alone than selling this cheap. We can go it alone, that is why it would never be undervalued.
I don't think any offer under $2b+ would even be entertained let alone considered.

There is no reason to sell anything cheap, this is an experienced team, it will never happen and is a waste of time considering it.
