I can only assume from the continued selling that AEF is still offloading and from that they must be inline for any future cap raising.
The 20 mil shares that AEF have is loose change in the overall scheme of what they manage. If they wanted out they would be out I can only see this as an ongoing prelude to them getting a heap of cheap shares again. I am beginning to doubt all the big pharma interest in funding talk that has come from ANP. Looks like it will be a cap in hand deal again. Hope I'm wrong but it's starting to smell like it.
