There has been one size seller through Citibank (10 million shares) since 17 Nov , so an insto dumped at issue price, smells of Regal , the terror of micro caps . But given Platinum got 9 million shares, safe to assume Regal didn't get too many more, they look to be finished, weren't the sellers today.. I see retail flippers today with the new stock through Macbank and UBS , we may see a bit more flipping at 10.5, but only 12 million shares issued and surely some will be wanting to top up not flip, so maybe another day or so of selling around before the recovery begins.
Remember we were at 14/15 cents on FDA approvals before insiders got wind of the raising . Has been a fairly safe bet to follow Platinum so far and they bought 9 million shares at 10 cents
