No it's neutral longer term and a temporary technical set back if you read prior posts although a clear annex detailing actual requirements and timeframe to lift the partial hold will be required before the sp can jump back up. Market hates uncertainty and expecting an upward TA movement with a possible ftd Ann promised by Diamond late Aug which is why the SP dropped. Long term the story is still there and more positive than ever given the drop
