1. the 2 yr anniversary for both co's which brings into play ASX listing rules / delisting after 2 yrs in suspension ( 4th and 5th September )
2. by the end of September if they manage to navigate thru being delisted and get a 3 month extension ..they face having to go back to Note-holders and request another extension
3. not an easy task as if I was a note holder you'd have to say FO and deliver the Tom Cruise line
4. the sdl BoD are being held ransom here by the lack of communication delivered from the morons on the ANS board who are being paid $250 k per year for working part time
