What I feel is being seriously overlooked here is the fact that $250k was needed by SDL. My confidence and in my opinion only makes me a little nervous as to why this small amount (in the big scheme) was given to SDL in the first place.

This could mean there's a lack of confidence in the progress or another minimum top up of cash to keep the doors open.

Furthermore, I see this as a signal of a 2019 Re quotation.

How can this be seen as a box ticked?
