Actually SDL is not missing anything, because they don't have anything.
All they have is a landlocked IO deposit that remains as it always has been.
Neither the Cam Govt nor SDL are able to unlock this resource.
Cam Govt are responsible for the rail infrastructure, without which there is no mine.
So far no finance for this part of the project.
From what I can see the Mbalam resource is not going anywhere soon..
