They say they need ASX approval. Logically this means as an eg, "we have found a new deep ore reserve of amazing quality" "we are starting drilling to confirm" This statement is not based on facts BUT would send the SP skyrocketing then crashing after all the excitement is over catching many badly.
Point is- Is Sundance about to announce a early deal agreement before actual signing? They would trade again and SP would soar- If this is the case, they have broken the rules with false ann rules.
So have we got something exciting to be announced which need checking by the asx to be safe to release?
