IP56...ANS don't hold any cash, its all WAPRC...LOL. ANS are just the middle men between SDL and WAPRC. In effect SDL could really negotiate directly with WAPRC now that they have WAPRC as a contact if the current deal falls over and ANS are unable to convince ASX of the arrangement and source of Funding.

SDL SP has been hovering at this level or lower for a while with no deal.

ANS will in effect be taken over by WAPRC. ANS SP will be substantially diluted on this announcement by about 70%. This is probably ok as the current MC and SP are very overstated.
